This Morning, viewers were left shocked when a woman named Joanne disclosed that she has spent a whopping £35k on Christmas decorations, which is more than the average U.K. yearly salary.

It's fair to say that a lot of us are looking forward to the festive season this year, but this takes things to a whole new level.

Her expensive collection includes a three-meter tall Santa Claus that she described as a bargain for £800. "He was about £800, I thought he was quite a bargain!" She said.

Joanne also went on to say:

"My neighbours do love it. I don't think they've seen something like this before.'

'It all started a few years back, I put a few items up, and I had people driving past and ringing the doorbell to ask to come in for photos.

The home includes a Nativity scene that was shipped from America, a 1,800 Santa ornament as well as multiple Grinch themed items and so much more.

However, it seems that viewers of the morning show were not so impressed by the idea. One user said: "Look at me and my £35k Christmas decorations while there are families at home struggling to put food on the table this Christmas   #ThisMorning
