This Morning presenter Alison Hammond may be doing a full 360 after being discussed as ITV's favourite to host the Big Brother reboot.
The birminham-born presenter rose to fame when she too was a housemate on the reality TV show in 2002. 20 years later, she is being considered to host the show. Despite the fact she was the second person to be evicted from the show, she went on to have a great career in TV on reality programmes such as This Morning, I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, Celebrity MasterChef and Strictly Come Dancing.
Big Brother has only recently been announced to be returning to our screens after a five-year Haitus. However, the programme will be broadcasted from ITV as opposed to Channel 4.
A source toldThe Mirror:"Alison is top of the list to present next year's Big Brother. Execs think she's exactly what the show needs. She's energetic, fun, relatable and she was on the show, so she knows it inside out."Twitter have had mixed reactions to the possibility with some fans delighted with the prospect writing:"Alison is one of the most successful former Big Brother housemates and one of the best, most energetic and charismatic presenters in the UK.
Same way Brian and Rylan (who both won BB/CBB) were able to present the show, Alison should be given that chance."Whilst others wrote:"Thought they wanted a fresh face? No disrespect to Alison, but if they're not, it absolutely HAS to be@Rylan. No one is more devoted to#BBUK/ did more to bring it back".It is still unknown who will return to host the much-loved reality show however more information is due to be released in the future.
