Young Thug and Gunna Have Been Arrested In Connection With Alleged Gang Affiliation
American Rappers Young Thug and Gunna, both who are scheduled to appear in the U.K. later this year have been arrested on federal "RICO" charges earlier today, with 27 other people named in the indictment who are also part of their record label Young Stoner Life (YSL, also known as Young Slime Life).YSL was characterised as a "street gang" rather than a music group by the police.
They have been accused of a range of crimes, including murder and attempted murder, plus robbery, witness intimidation and drug dealing.In an interview today , Young Thug's lawyer Said : "He has committed no crime whatsoever and we will fight to my last drop of blood to clear him". American online jail records show that both rappers were officially arrested in Atlanta on Georgia with 'state charges of participation in street gang activity and conspiring to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, withan extremely long section of their indictment under the title , acts in furtherance of the conspiracy, which describes numerous incidents between 2013 and 2022.
