Clubhouse Moderator Ashleigh Louise Responds To Backlash Over 'MUA From Hell'

Popular Clubhouse App Moderator, Ashleigh Louise has come under fire due to a recent Clubhouse Episode of her show #TalksWithAsh called "MUA From Hell". This episode was #1 Trending on Twitter last night.Ashleigh was not afraid to defend herself and had the following to say (Pictures Below)

She explained "All I wanted to do was give people a platform to tell their stories based on their poor service. Many of these businesses have taken money from people and not provided adequate service. My intention was not to bring anyone down but to hold businesses responsible for their conduct."She went on to speak about her own wellbeing when she asked "I guess my mental health is irrelevant right? Yikes."

MUA received a lot of negative comments on some of their social media pages, however, Ashleigh made it clear that this was not her intention."I made it crystal clear at the beginning of the show tonight that people should NOT under any circumstances leave comments under the pages of businesses. And I reiterated that throughout.""You're placing the focus on protecting black businesses but what about the black people who are losing money every time they book these services and aren't getting what they paid for? Do they not matter at all?" She went on to add.

She winded up her commentsby saying "Anyways, I'm really sorry if I've hurt anyone's feelings. That wasn't my intention. I also think some of you find it hard to see past the hatred you have for me in these situations and instead of being balanced you attack. It wasn't my intention to hurt anyone apologies again."In the Borough comment section, a resident jumped to her defense and said "This seems like it's been blown out of proportion! Just because it was on her platform does not mean she is responsible for what each individual says!"

Another resident had the similar view that Ashleigh has not done anything wrong here. "She didn't do anything wrong, people just don't know how to take criticism and take accountability"
