News has spread that the ex-athlete and founder of the clothing label Fresh Ego Kid has sadly passed away.

The unfortunate news was firstly shared by Chelsea footballer, Callum Hudson-Odoi, who reposted an image of the designer with the caption:

"Hearing this news this morning is a tragedy!! RIP brother, you'll be truly missed".

The contents of Marvin's own Instagram page seemed sadly normal, with the creator having posted stories as recently as 15 hours prior to the sad revelation shared by his footballer friend.

The tragic information was further verified through the Instagram story of footballer, Ravel Morrison, who shared broken heart emojis and wrote:

"Hearbroken"

"Love you brother"

"Rest in Paradise".

The cause of death is still unknown however, social media personality Poet (known widely as @poetscorner) posted a video of himself on his Instagram story saying "RIP Marvin" after urging his followers to call the people they love and sort any 'beef' followers may have with others, allowing us to consider whether Marvin's death may have been self-inflicted.
