Celebrity couple Michael B. Jordan and Lori Harvey have decided to split after being together for one and a half years.

According to a source close to the pair, actor Jordan and model Lori Harvey are both "heartbroken" and still love each other very much.Jordan, 35 and Harvey, 25 had been dating for a year and a half and had made several public appearances with one another.They both attended the 2022Vanity Fair Oscar Party in Beverly Hills on March 27 however Harvey attended the Cannes Film Festival on May 17 alone.Rumours of trouble between the two swirled in recent weeks after the model returned from a trip in France.

Many were considering this to be Lori Harvey's last relationship as the socialite had created a reputation of dating high-profile men and allegedly moving on quickly from them once the relationship had finished. Before Jordan, Lori was linked to the following men: artists Trey Songz, Diddy and Future and F1 driver Lewis Hamilton. The source close to the two continued:

"Michael matured a lot over the course of their relationship and was ready to commit for the long term. He let down his guard with her, opening up emotionally in a romantic relationship for the first time," adds the source. "They had great times together and brought out the best in each other."The pair celebrated their one year anniversary in November 2021 and said to reporters the following month that he "finally found what love was" with Lori Harvey.

The Black Panther actor then explained that being with Harvey made him feel comfortable with sharing his relationship online. He said:"When I was younger, I don't know if I could have handled the onslaught of opinions and being picked apart, and also being conscious of what the other person's going to go through. It takes a special person to deal with that."

Speaking back in September, Lori Harvey said:

"We just really balance each other.""I really do believe in the statement when they say, 'When you know you know.' And I think that really applies to our situation and we just have a really good time together."It is still unknown the specific reason for the end of this relationship however it is clear the two held strong feelings for one another and likely still do.
