A court hearing hears Metropolitan Special Police officer, Paul Hoile, 40, has been arrested on suspicion of raping an unnamed woman on a roadside in Shropshire in July.
The incident saw a drunk Hoile allegedly snatch the phone from the victim and used his police badge as leverage to stop and question the woman.
The special constable Hoile denies all charges and says all sexual activity was consensual.
As per his version of events, Hoile had a "general chit chat about sex" with the woman before she performed oral sex on him.
He has been accused of three counts of oral and anal rape and a charge of causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent.
Prosecutor Caroline Goodwin KC, told a jury of seven men and five women, the officer was staying in the Shropshire region and targeted the lady.
Goodwin stated, that Mr Hoile abused his police powers stating - "In drink, he was acting as if he was in charge, like a police officer... questioning her about her [driving] licence," Ms Goodwin said.
"She asked for his warrant card and he produced it - he kept his thumb over where his name was."
According to the court, the woman began Googling the powers of a special constable and information supplied to her by Mr Hoile before he asked for her identity, which she verified.
"He was drunk and you will hear her say she thought he was capable of anything,"Prosecutor Goodwin says.
"But in those moments after, when she thought about what had occurred, she had sufficient [wits] about her that, in spite of the deeply personal nature of these assaults, she made an immediate complaint."
Mr Hoile has seen been arrested and claimed he had consumed a considerable number of drinks on the evening of the said incident including an estimated five double vodkas.
The trial is ongoing and is suspected to last a week.
