On our very first episode of The Shade Borough Aftershow, we sat down with former Love Islander Michael Boateng and Chioma for a chat.

One of the major highlights of the show was when we asked him about his break up with Love Island sweetheart, Priscilla Anyabu.

Responding to the question, Michael admitted that he and Priscilla were no longer together but maintained friendly ties with each other.

He further added that they had been apart for awhile but kept things on the low as they preferred to keep their relationship private.

"It's definitely not as recent as people think (the break up)", he said. "We broke up amicably a while ago. I got mad love for Priscilla as you know, I have never said nothing bad about her... it was a clean break up and I still have mad love for her", he added.

Michael recently sparked dating rumours after a video of him and influencer Imani Evans, were spotted having a good time surfaced online. However, he quickly rejected the claims and said he was just friends with the influencer.

However In April, the former couple spoke to GUAP magazine about their relationship, which at the time was going pretty strong but months later, fans noticed that the pair had unfollowed each other on social media sparking break up rumours.
