Coachella and Stagecoach festivals have now been cancelled by California's Riverside County due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and rising cases. Whilst these festivals are based in the US, they always seem to attract a national crowd.

Last year, many were disappointed when the festival was rescheduled. It was supposed to be in April 2020 but was rescheduled to October 2020. It was then pushed to April 2021.Events organiser, Goldenvoice said "A year without Coachella and Stagecoach is hard for us to comprehend, but we have every intention of returning in 2021,"

However, the situation seems to only be getting worse in regards to Covid-19, so the following statement was released: On Friday, health officials made an announcement that the State of California has now had more than 40,000 deaths.There has been no clear indication as to when, or if these festivals will be rescheduled.
