Kim Kardashian and boyfriend, Pete Davidson have reportedly been denied access to the Queen's Jubilee celebration party on Saturday.
It's believed that Kim Kardashian and her boyfriend Pete Davidson are eager to be part of the Queen's celebrations on June 4th, with the couple making a rare appearance to the UK. The couple were allegedly rejected by both Buckingham Palace and the BBC, who will be broadcasting the event. The US star's representative reportedly asked the BBC and the Palace for tickets to the Saturday concert but were turned down. A source close to the pair commented that: "Kim rarely gets turned down to attend any event, so this has been quite surprising, especially as she doesn't visit the UK often.
"Kim and Pete love the Royal Family and really wanted to be a part of this special celebration." The source even added that Kim doesn't mind if the tickets "are not VIP". The two are hoping to be able to attend the party which will see the likes of Alicia Keys, David Attenborough and Stephen Fry in attendance. The festival has space for 22,000 guests, which includes the 10,000 tickets due to be released to the general public.
The event will also prioritise key workers on the list of invitees.Performances by Duran Duran, Hans Zimmer, Ella Eyre, Craig David, Mabel, Elbow, and George Ezra, Queen and Adam Lambert are expected. It's unknown at this time why Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson have not been permitted to attend by both Buckingham Palace and the BBC. However, it can be speculated that the decision was fuelled by the 'Reality-Star' status of these celebrities and consequently were considered as untraditional invitees to a very traditional event. This week the UK is celebrating 70 years of the Queen's reign.
