Dutchavelli took to his Instagram yesterday to speak further on the allegations made against him last year.
The situation began when Dutchavelli's Instagram account was hacked, and various messages were leaked. One of the conversations allegedly included a conversation with a 14-year-old girl, which included messages that many deemed inappropiate.The leaked conversation caused outrage from many, including those who were once fans of the rapper. The cousin of the 14-year-old in question, and son of Dutchavelli's late manager, Kodee Powell also alleged that Dutchavelli was guilty of inappropriate behaviour towards the girl.Dutchavelli denied all of the allegations and claimed that the messages had been edited.The 14-year-old's mother went on to deny all of the allegations and released a statement defending Dutchavelli, where she claimed that "no amount of money" could make her defend someone who had commited such an act.After this, Dutchavelli stayed under the radar and retreated to Jamaica.
Dutchavelli firstly addressed why he hasn't been very active online recently, to which he stated that every time he provided evidence, nobody believed him. He mentioned that even when he claimed that the messages have been edited, he was still being accused of wrongdoing.He went on to add that he now has "official proof" which he claimed obtained by cooperating with the police to assist their investigation into the allegations.He also mentioned that he was aware that many would still deny the validity of the documents, so he sent the documents to anyone that the public deems "a reliable source".The rapper said that he had sent the documents to many of the big social media platforms and interviewers. On the subject of an interview, he went on to add that he "might do" one in the future
The document that Dutchavelli posted to his story looked like a written assessment of the case conducted by the Police and Children Services. The document includes the details of what initially occured and the alleged outcome of the investigation.From the post, the document stated that "no further action" was needed and that the case was to close. The document also went on to claim that "following the assesment the risks are now not significant"In addition to this, the report stated that the police found the evidence in question to be falsified and appear malicious.
