Football fans think they may have unmasked brand-new and undercover rapper, Dide, after noticing ink similarities between the musician and professional footballer, Sheyi Ojo.
A brand new rapper who goes by Dide has quickly made headlines about his secret double-star identity. The rapper first got social media speculating on his identity after hinting to be a Premier League footballer in his latest track, Thrill, which gained almost one million views in the first week of its release.According to The Sun, Arsenal's Eddie Nketiah and Everton's Alexander Iwobi are just two football players who fans guess it could be, but suspicion has grown closer toward Cardiff City player, Sheyi Ojo, due to a glimpse of several similarities between the two. Liverpool fans were first to make a comparison between them after they noticed that Dide has similar tattoos to the Liverpool's former winger Sheyi Ojo. Both men have a diamond-like design on their right hand. In the music video of Thrill, which is the latest but just second video on the rapper's YouTube channel, fans were able to capture Dide's tattoos, which they used to investigate his real identity. A less convincing piece of evidence that has been circulating social media is the compariosn beween a strand of both Dide and Sheyi's hair.
The mysterious rapper debuted into the music scene with the release of 'Intro Freestyle', which was captioned with the claim:" Premier League footballer jumping in the UK music scene" Within the lyrics, he says that he's 'jumped in the music game' but due to being known, must cover his face. Ojo was initially overlooked in discussions of the musicians secret identity, due to the fact that he is no longer a Premiere League player. The 25-year-old now plays for Cardiff City after ending his 11-year stay at Liverpool FC last summer when Ojo's contract expired. Although some football fans are still convinced that its player Nketiah behind the mask (noting that the rapper's name is an anagram for Eddie), It seems that Sheyi Ojo could be the player behind the musician.
