Diarra Brown flew to Istanbul on October 22nd where she received liposuction and tragically died two days later.
The operation was said to be an initial success, with Diarra being discharged the following day. It was only when Diarra returned to change her dressing the next day did she begin feeling unwell, resulting in the fast deterioration of her health and ultimately, her death.

The doctor who performed the surgery has been identified as S.G.B and has since been arrested, with a criminal investigation underway.
Professionals claimed to have no indication of what caused the complication although a post-mortem examination has been conducted.
Friends have taken to social media to express their shock at this tragedy, describing Diarra Brown as a "beautiful soul".
