Piers Morgan conducted an interview with the woman featured in the Baby Reindeer Netflix series, named Fiona. About 10 minutes into the conversation, he delved into the portrayal of her supposedly receiving free drinks. She promptly clarified that she always paid for her drinks, which were always soft ones. Additionally, she addressed the characterisation of Richard Gadd as a "baby reindeer" and mentioned a joke about hanging curtains, which she confirms was true, feeling like she unintentionally created the name for the series.

The discussion then turned to her alleged extensive communication with Richard. Piers questioned her about purportedly sending him 41,000 emails, 350 voice messages, 744 tweets, 106 letters and 48 facebook messages. However, she refuted these claims, stating they were exaggerated. Piers hinted that Netflix asserted otherwise, but she firmly denied it, clarifying that she only sent 18 tweets and a few  emails, along with a single letter.

Later in the interview, Piers inquired about her involvement in Richard's personal life, specifically addressing rumours of her attacking his girlfriend. She vehemently denied these accusations and expressed uncertainty about Richard's relationship status saying that she doesnt think he had a girlfriend and that she thinks ‘he is homosexual and she never turned up to his house and she doesn't know where he lives". Furthermore, she refuted claims of any criminal history saying she has never been to Jail, expressing her discontent with the situation, a sentiment shared by her boyfriend who thinks “this whole situation is horrendous”  along with her  legal contacts and friends.. She says "Netflix are as mad as Richard Gadd'.

Towards the end of the interview, Piers asked about potential legal action. She confirmed intentions to sue both Richard and Netflix, as well as others spreading false information such as The Daily Mail. Additionally, she admits that she still uses email communications and in fact at one point had 6 email accounts and 4 phones! But denied any further communication and romantic involvement with Richard, emphasising her commitment to her boyfriend. Piers questioned her if she was in love with Richard Gadd where she questioned “ Is that a serious question”...Saying “even when he asked to sleep with me I gave him the brush off and told him I have a boyfriend”
