The 33-year-old comedian has confirmed that he has moved into his new property with ex-Hollyoaks actress, Sophie Wise.

Speaking of his new home. Mo explained:

"I looked at Surrey, a lot of people in TV move out there, but I work a lot in London so I bought in North London. I bought a five-bedroom semi-detached house.

"I'm the first person in my family to buy a property so it's a big deal. A lot of my family and friends will be coming over."

Mo revealed that he began his house hunt in January last year, and tried to settle down in Forest Hill however he kept getting recognised.

He said: "[It was] nice but not when you're looking for a house and want a level of privacy."

He also explored other areas:

"I looked in Twickenham and Richmond Park but I didn't see myself living there."

"I'm fortunate to do TV and comedy but I wanted a bit of privacy as well so I didn't want to live somewhere where kids would be knocking on my door saying, "Tell us who#s on The Masked Singer."

Mo described how they planned to decorate and renovate the home, specifically stating that it would be mostly Sophie's role:

"A lot of it will be my girlfriend's choice. She's been on Pinterest for years."

"Hopefully one day my kids will grow up in this house. Me and my girlfriend won't be moving for a little while."

He added:

"I once bought a rug, she saw it, said it was horrible, and it's been rolled-up ever since. I got it from Ikea.
