Disney has revealed its new short film that includes its first plus-size protagonist character 

Disney has unveiled its first plus-sized protagonist character in a short film about body dysmorphia.According to Mail Online, only plus-size characters have played the roles of villains and extras in the company's 85-year history.The film, which is called Reflect, follows the journey of a plus-size ballet dancer called Bianca, "who battles her own reflection, overcoming doubt and fear by channeling her inner strength, grace and power".

Many fans have taken to Twitter to celebrate the Disney news.One person said: "16 year old me needed this Disney short before I quit ballet because I didn't want to be the fat girl in class anymore. I'm glad little ones will have this. 10/10 for Reflect!"A second wrote: "THIS IS NOT A DRILL! Disney+ FINALLY made a short with a Plus Size lead!
