This photo of the footballer was taken by the victim during the trip. The woman believed to be named Chaurntae took to Twitter yesterday evening to map out the whole ordeal to followers, breaking an NDA agreement she had previously signed regarding the case.Chaurntae alleges that she woke up to Partey sexually assaulting her whilst she was extremely drunk and uploaded the conversations between the two of them after the incident.
The messages show her trying to make the magnitude of the situation known to Thomas, stating to followers that she had hoped it was a horrible misunderstanding. However, the messages show Partey seemingly unfazed by her emotional reaction.
Chaurntae begun,"Thomas Partey is a serial rapist who has got lucky because the date he decided to rape me whilst we were on holiday together was 10 days before UK law changed allowing UK police forces jurisdiction over crimes committed outside the UK."According to Chaurntae, the pair were dating when she accompanied him and his friends on a trip to Spain. She claims to have previously broken up with him before he convinced her to join him on this trip, insisting that he had "changed".

Chaurntae says she has PTSD from the incident[/caption]Chaurntae admitted to having signed an NDA where she received over £150,000 to agree to never publicly discuss the matter. But it seems that finding out that Partey can not be punished for his crime against her under the law has brought her to a point where she no longer cares about honouring it.
She wrote, "I'm literally putting myself in 200k debt for doing this...I don't care anymore. I used all my strength to proceed with the coming's case only to find he can get off on a technicality."Chaurntae further alleged that Arsenal football club have been aware of these allegations and other attempted rape allegations from other women but has decided not to sanction the player.Thomas Partey and Arsenal football club have yet to respond but it is clear that Chaurntae will continue being vocal about her story until she receives justice.
