2022 Love Island UK winners, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti, have split up 11 months after winning the show.

Former Love Island winners Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti have broken up. This comes 11 months after they won the ITV reality show.

Taking to Instagram, Davide revealed that the two are no longer together and that he wishes Ekin-Su "nothing but the best".

Writing on his Instagram story, the star said:

"Ekin-Su and I are no longer together. I am grateful for the memories and opportunities we shared together and I wish her nothing but the best.

"I would like for everybody to respect this decision during this difficult time. I will continue to support Ekin in anyway possible."

Thanks to their unique romance and entertaining arguments, Ekin-Su and Davide were fan-favourites during their time on Love Island. Following their time in the villa, the former couple would regularly share sweet photos and videos of themselves to their fans.

They even went on to star in their own show, Ek-Su and Davide: Homecomings, which saw the pair travel to their home countries of Italy and Turkey.

While the pair have not revealed why they've split, a source told The Sun:

"They haven't been getting along for quite some time and they really tried to make it work, but despite their best efforts, they've decided to call it quits."
