HEAVYWEIGHT BOXER DEREK CHISORA CAUGHT FIGHTING AND HEAD-BUTTING DELIVEROO DRIVER

HEAVYWEIGHT BOXER DEREK CHISORA CAUGHT FIGHTING AND HEAD-BUTTING DELIVEROO DRIVER

Derek Chisora, the former two-time WBC heavyweight title contender, has found himself in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons. A video has surfaced showing Chisora involved in an altercation with a Deliveroo driver in London, showing Chisora headbutting the driver to the ground.

The clip, shared by The Upshot on X, shows Chisora clashing with the delivery rider in what appears to be a heated confrontation. The exact cause of the incident remains unclear, but speculation has emerged online.

One possible reason for the altercation, as suggested by a commenter on the post, is that the Deliveroo driver was riding his bike on the pavement where people were seated and eating. This behaviour might have irked Chisora, leading to the confrontation.

“It’s because he’s cycling on the pavement where people are eating. One of my biggest pet peeves. I once had my meniscus torn by a delivery rider who hit me on the pavement,” a commenter noted.

For those unfamiliar with Deliveroo, it is a popular food delivery service in the UK, similar to DoorDash or Uber Eats in the US. The video and subsequent discussions have sparked a range of reactions from the public.

Amidst the criticism, many have taken the opportunity to mock Chisora's boxing career. One user stating, “Chisora fighting nobodies, aren’t we shocked,” while another humorously said "Shouldn't have been late with that food”

Another user added "Driver got heart. Trust and believe if Chisora grabbed my soul would leave my body."

The incident has raised questions about Chisora's actions and the potential consequences he might face. As of now, there has been no official comment from Chisora or his representatives regarding the altercation.
