Popular TikToker Under Fire for Comments about Black Girls

A mixed-race TikToker known as 'Hstikkytokky' has come under fire due to comments made about black girls whilst on a live broadcast

The content creator was having a conversation with a friend when he shared that he was about to meet a black girl. He stated that it was his first "black bird" but reassured his friend that he would also find her attractive. A shocking silence was created when he said she is a black girl "who looks white."

When his friend asked him what this consists of, he responded "It's the black girls that don't come looking like Drogba".The creator was referring to well-known black footballer Didier Drogba and implied that the majority of black girls look like men.The comments raised a lot of attention online which the creator initially decided to capitalise on. He did this by posting a snapchat while on a date with a girl, named Mandi, and captioned it with the comment: "My first dark chocolate ting". He also captioned an Instagram photo of the two of them together with "Dark choc" and a 'tick' emoji beside it, implying he has 'checked' this off his list.

Mandi posted a statement on her Instagram story where she claimed she had no prior knowledge of his comments before attending the date with him. Mandi has commented said that if she had known about what he had previously said she would not have put herself in that situation.

Later, she shared a voice note that Hstikkytokky had shared with her when she first confronted him about the comments he had made. In the audio, we hear the creator's lack of remorse for what he said. He states that the majority of black women are "clapped", "butters" and "nobody would want to go near them". However, he makes it clear that he sees Mandi as an exception.Hstikkytokky has yet to make a statement or apology following the recent controversy but has posted a number of unrelated videos on his social media stories.
