David Norris, who killed black teenager Stephen Lawrence in a racially motivated attack in 1993, has been left scarred for life after a knife attack in prison.The 46 year old was reportedly foundbleeding from his face after he was slashed from his forehead to his chin by two fellow inmates in Dartmoor prison. Norris didn't stand a chance. He was cut up badly.

There was a lot of blood," an insider said. According to The Sun, the attack was over a smart phone. Sources told the publication that the inmates were seeking revenge over a previous row.Weeks ago, Norris was caught by prison officers with an illegal mobile phone hidden in his bum. The phone was allegedly used for sending family and friends selfies, watching YouTube, using Facebook and more.

The two men, who carried out the attack, are said to have been put on report and into segregation.Norris was also rushed to hospital for treatment; doctors said his injuries are likely to result in permanent disfigurement.A Prison Service spokesman told The Sun: "A prisoner at HMP Dartmoor is being treated in hospital for non-life threatening injuries following an assault by two prisoners."We are unable to comment further while police investigate."
