Wizkid's heavily anticipated show in London was sold out in a staggering 12 minutes after being released, leaving many fans being dissapointed after missing out on tickets. He announced that he would be performing in London back in July, and set one date in November for his fans to enjoy.

After his release of 'Made In Lagos' last October, fans have been eager to see him perform some of their favourite tracks live.When the tickets finally went on sale on Friday, August 6, fans went mental. Not a single ticket was left after only being out for 12 minutes.Wizkid has now joined the list of greats who have sold out the 02 in similar time frames. Beyonce is currently joint with Wizkid for when she sold out the 02 in 2014.There are a few other big names who have sold out in very little time, let's take a look:

• Spice Girls - 38 Seconds
• Beyonce - 12 Minutes
• Rihanna - 10 Minutes
• Monty Python - 43 Seconds
• Gary Barlow - Six Minutes

Wizkid was clearly over the moon at this acheivement. "SOLD OUT THE 02 ARENA in 12 MINUTES. LONDON! I LOVE YOU"

The lucky fans who were able to secure a ticket will be over the moon, but there are also a large number of fans who were left dissapointed and ticketless.Some fans are willing to go to desperate measures for tickets too! One Twitter user said:"If I don't get these tickets, I will apply for a hospitality job and work the day of Wizkid !!"

Fans also commended Wizkid on the prices of his tickets, and some fans were about to secure tickets for as cheap as £66. Another user said: "My girls and I budgeted up to £150 for Wizkid, meanwhile the tickets we wanted were £66. God bless Weezy baby"
