Fabiola Valentin, 22, Miss Puerto Rico 2020 and Mariana Varela, 26, Miss Argentina 2020 have gotten married

2020's Miss Puerto Rico and Miss Argentina have revealed that they secretly tied the knot on Friday. Taking to Instagram, Fabiola Valentin, 22, (Miss Puerto Rico) and Mariana Varela 26, (Miss Argentina) announced that they had gotten married after meeting at the 2020 Miss Grand International competition in Thailand.

Their caption, which was written in Spanish, read: "After deciding to keep our relationship private, we opened the doors to them on a special day 28/10/22."The post also featured a 30 second clip of their wedding rings, proposal and memories together.Many of their followers and friends took to the comment section to send their congratulations.

One person said: "Omg congratulations MGI brought together a beautiful union."A second wrote: "Omg! Congratulations sisters! Lovelovelove!"

"Congratulations to you both," another added. And a fourth commented: "Girls, this just made me so happy. Perfect couple. Love you two." In response, Fabiola then wrote in Spanish:"How nice it is to read each message. Thank you all for your words and good wishes."The Miss Grand International pageant was founded in Thailand in 2013. Written on its website, the organisation's mission is to "send out a message to give love and peace to the world,"and promote "the knowledge and understanding of mankind to campaign to stop war and violence."
