OlaoluSlawn, British-Nigerian designer and artist has newly launched his collaboration with the world renowned luxury wristwatch manufacturer Rolex. Slawn who is well known for his style of artwork, including spray paint, large-scale pop art canvases, graffiti, caricatures and murals, has now taken on one of Rolex’s most famous watches, the Datejust watch, for a one of special edition destined to be a collectors piece. 

The new timepiece delivers a neat dial decorated  in Slawn’s classic style of artwork. The watch designed by Slawn is an art piece and not a collaboration with the luxury brand Rolex. Slawn showcased the art piece via his Instagram with a picture of the popular UK rap artist Santandave rocking the timepiece followed by the caption “The Slawn Rolex, Santandave first man with one on the planet, Amen”.

The now sold out limited time piece named the “Slawn Rolex” by artist Slawn was listed at £15,000 by him on his website, which sold out less than 10 minutes.
