Ugandan model Eva Apio is addressing criticism from fans following her recent comments regarding superstar musician Rihanna and her collaboration with rapper Diddy.

Eva sparked controversy after referring to Rihanna's photoshoot portraying a nun as blasphemous, prompting backlash from fans who questioned her own actions. Fans called out Eva for her perceived hypocrisy, highlighting her involvement in music videos and short films with Diddy, who has faced public scrutiny and legal troubles over allegations of misconduct within the music industry.

In response, Eva admitted that accepting the job was a lapse in judgment on her part. However, she clarified that she took precautions to ensure she would not be subjected to any form of sexualization in the content. Eva stressed that her association with Diddy was solely professional, revealing that it was their first meeting.

The backlash comes amidst ongoing lawsuits against Diddy, including allegations of sexual assault, which has led to federal investigations into sex trafficking, solicitation, and the distribution of illegal substances and weapons.
