Demi Agoglia, a 26-year-old mum of three and resident of Salford, Greater Manchester, reportedly experienced multiple heart attacks stemming from a fat embolism after her recent Brazilian butt lift (BBL) procedure last Thursday.

Medical professionals initially conveyed to Ms. Agoglia that the surgery had been a success. However, complications arose when she started experiencing chest pains shortly before her scheduled return to the UK, The Sun reported.

According to a source close to the situation, "doctors had assured her of the operation's success, advising her to recuperate for a few days before traveling home".

Scheduled to fly back home to reunite with her children on Monday, Ms. Agoglia woke up at 4:30 am in considerable pain. Consequently, her partner promptly arranged for a taxi.

Tragically, while en route to the clinic alongside her partner, she suffered a heart attack in the taxi. Despite immediate medical attention, she was pronounced deceased on Monday.

Demi's journey to Istanbul for the cosmetic procedure underscores the risks associated with Brazilian butt lifts (BBLs), a surgery known to cost around £6,000 in the UK and deemed among the most perilous cosmetic surgeries available.

Statistics suggest an alarming estimated death rate of one in every 15,000 associated with this procedure, prompting Carl, her brother, to caution individuals who are contemplating such surgeries.

He emphatically warned, "If anyone is thinking of flying to Turkey for an operation, I would say don't do it! Even her boyfriend didn't want her to do it. But she is 26 and has her own mind. Her mum didn't want her to go out either."
