Rapper, Nines has admitted to plotting a 28KG cannabis import from Spain and Poland into the UK.
Nines, real name Courtney Freckleton has now pleaded guilty to drugs and money laundering.
The Harrow Crown Court hearing revealed that Nines has been involved in one succesful transportation of the drug beforehand, and was involved in another attempt later on.
Courtney, alongside Jason Thompson, of Barnet have had their sentences adjourned and are currently in Custody.
Nines and Thompson denied involvement with a further two counts of conspiracy to supply cocaine as well as cannabis. Ms Reed confirmed that the court will not be pursuing a trial in regards to the additional charges.
They used a private network to communicate their plans to import the cannabis, this network was shut down by French authorities last year after many criminal organizations used the network for similar dealings.
The hearing also revealed that the pair had racked up a debt of £98,000 in addition to the cost of the drugs.
Nines as well as Mr Thompson are likely to be facing lengthy sentences. This comes not long after Nines was awared Album Of The Year at last year's MOBO's with 'Crabs In A Bucket'.
He was also named Hip Hop Act of the year.
