Residents, it seems Burna boy may have burnt the wrong lady. Nigerian-American erotic model and OnlyFans star SymbaEroThick, A.K.A Symba, has taken to her social media (@symaserothick) to put the Grammy-award winning artist on blast for allegedly owing her money.
In a series of threatening messages shared to her 188,000 followers via Instagram stories, she said:
“Burna give me my money before I go Mad!
Abeg please don't get me started….
Just run my coin before this turns all the way
LEFT.”
She then added that she is not the same as the multiple UK girls Burna Boy alledgedly has on his roster, before mentioning some of them by name:
“I'm not these London bxtches you fxxk with ivd or IVF, nasim (the midget Colombian girl), lia (Larry's watch theif) who am I kidding the entire fxxking UK.”
Here Symba is referring to Rapper and Influencer Ivorian Doll who has recently undergone several enhancement surgeries, Public Figure Liyah Mai who is well known for a scandal which alleged she was stealing watches from wealthy men and another Influencer Nasim, who we don't quite seem to know much about.
Although Burna Boy has not responded to the allegations or confirmed his relations with Ivorian Doll or any of the women mentioned, his ties to the UK are well established.
The artist lived here during his formative completing his studies at the University of Sussex and Oxford Brookes University between 2008 and 2010.
Perhaps his more infamous connection to the Isles however is his high-profile relationship with Birmingham-born rapper SteffLon Don. The pair began dating in 2019 after meeting during a holiday in Ghana.
The two were among the UK's mles before splitting in 2021. However, earlier this year, rumours circulated that they may have rekindled their flame, with Burna allegedly gifting Steff a Rolls Royce Cullinan on her birthday.
Although Symba didn’t go into further detail about what Burna allegedly owed her the money during her public rant, in an exclusive exchange with TSB she bared all, sharing that she has been romantically involved with the artist since 2017, after being introduced to him by fellow renowned Nigerian musician Davido.
In a statement to TSB she shared the following about the purported money:
,
“Burna Boy… owes it to me."
"(he) said he would give it but hasn't."
"I wasn't even pressed but then I look in my whatsapp and see that he blocked me?? Like waitttttttt I didn't even put the pressure on you yet and you blocked me??"
"Oh hell no”.
Symba left why exactly he owed her the money in question unclarified, but explicitly stated that she did not loan it to him, saying “Loan? Are you dumb? I don't give men money. Not even my nephew and he is 5”.
The reason for the monetary exchange can only be assumed for now but the stripper and model has made headlines in the past, when she jumped to Burna’s defence in 2022 after his viral shooting altercation with a married man, after making a pass at his wife. At the time, Symba shared the following in Burna Boys favour:
“I would put my last dollar and say that the young lady in question at one point before the altercation might have locked eyes with Burna because it's just normal for people in a club once a celebrity comes in to stare in their direction…
If she didn't engage in that back and forth to begin with this probably wouldn't have happened.”
The timeline of their alleged relationship begs the question of whether or not his relationship with her overlapped with his relationship with Steff. Still, according to Symba, the two have certainly crossed paths. Symba said:
“He has mad luggage and belongings run down with security because Steff London ran up in her place and saw all my girlie shit", confirming to us that Steff had seen her things in his home happened this month on July 13th.
"No I'm mad. And I've dealt with him and his shit for years but this one nahhhhh ain't going down sweet at all."
"So all he needs to do is run my coin cause the things I know he doesn't want anyone to know trust me".
It seems many of Nigeria's most high-profile contemporary musicians share the same fatal flaw as negative press surrounding their romantic relationships are often as resounded as their music.
Nonetheless, we know that money has been the furthest thing from the African giant's concerns this year, as he had raked in a whopping $12.3 million from a series of international concerts since 2023.
