Following his infamous catchphrase "Offending in Fendi" Pastor Tobi got into some legal troubles with the apparel company Fendi for breach of trademark.
In an Instagram post, the 42-year-old pastor uploaded a screenshot of an alleged email from Fendi's lawyers who urged him to pull a Trademark application on the catch phrase.
"See big men letter trying to scare us lol. We are trained to fight", he captioned on the screenshot.
He also shared another screenshot of an email indicating that his trademark registration opponent had withdrawn their case.
Pastor Tobi who is the founder of Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church (SPAC Nation, now known as the NXTION Family) has been subject to controversy in previous years; with the church being accused of exploiting young people.
In January, the London-based church praised for helping ex-gang members was accused of financial exploitation and fraud by Croydon North MP Steve Reed.
A report by BBC Panorama last year also featured former SPAC Nation members who accused the church of wrongdoing.
However, later on, the Met held a review into allegations of "fraud and other offences" against people associated with SPAC Nation but has found no criminal action.
Two separate claims of fraud against individuals are still being investigated.
