Wireless will take place in 2021, and the event will relocate to Crystal Palace, so what are the new ticket prices and who is on the lineup?
Wireless Festival has announced that it will make a comeback in 2021, this time at Crystal Palace Park in South London at the end of the summer. If you had tickets for the event that was supposed to occur in 2020, they will be automatically switched to the 2021 edition.
Wireless has been rescheduled for later in the year, on the weekend of September 10th - 12th.The event is commonly held in July, however, the schedule has been temporarily moved due to the current coronavirus pandemic."Early July was something of a concern for us in terms of the govt's timing out of lockdown, but we just needed to make sure Wireless could happen this year," according to the official announcement.
The event was previously held in Finsbury Park in North East London in 2019, but event planners were unable to make things work in their 2021 plans."Unfortunately, we couldn't make it work in Finsbury in September, but we can in the beautiful Crystal Palace Park!" they said in a tweet.
Owing to the coronavirus outbreak, Wireless Festival went digital last year with their virtual 360 festival, 'Wireless Connect,' filmed at Alexandra Palace, with the likes of A$AP Rocky, Meek Mill, and Skepta who were set to host the Finsbury Park event prior to the revamp.
