Grammy award winning artist Burna Boy has spoken out against a Nigerian woman who has publicly claimed he impregnated her and refused to take responsibility. The woman, identified as Uju Stella, made the shocking allegations in an interview with TMY podcast. Stella claims she had a relationship with Burna, real name Damini Ogulu Ebunoluwa, in 2016 - with the pair allegedly dating for three years.

According to Stella, Burna firstly accepted the pregnancy but was advised against supporting her by his mother. She further claims that her home was broken into in the aftermath of him rejecting her, something she found suspicious. As a result, Stella claims she was under an undue amount of stress which led to the loss of their unborn child.

However, Burna Boy has since responded to the accusations. He claims Stella was only a hook-up girl who he met then and paid her a sum of N20k. While Burna didn’t deny knowing Stella, he urged those familiar stories involving Stella to come forward and confirm the story. The "Last, Last" singer wrote in the Instagram comment section of TMY podcast: “Meanwhile This na one of the first people wey call me Impotent o.. And Na N20k be her money that year normally of which I give am o. Abeg enter this comment section if you know this girl that year and confirm if I dey lie say na N20k be her money.”

"For y’all asking for translation, Burna is simply saying the lady was the first set of people to call him ‘impotent’, and that she normally asks him to pay her N20,000 for every round of sex, and he always gave it to her. He further challenges other men who knew about the lady and had something to do with her to also come forward and back up/testify to his claim, all in a bid to shame her. While others found some sympathy for Stella, with one Resident writng: "As someone who has experienced baby loss, my heart goes to her. However, if this is a clout chase, I hope he sues."
