Love Island star and influencer Kaz Crossley addressed a viral video where it appears a man had been harassing her at a coffee shop.
In the following video, Kaz can be seen sitting at a table with a coffee and talking to the man filming her. He repeatedly asks for her number, which Kaz adamantly refused. He appears to be insistent throughout the video.
After the video had gone viral on the internet, there was criticism of the man's behaviour and his alleged continuous harassment of a woman on her own. The man who filmed the video, Kola Oladetoun, responded to the backlash against the video he posted. He said in another video: "The whole video was a joke, stop taking it so seriously. Get on with your life and just do one."
Crossley addressed the video personally on her Instagram stories and clarified what happened during the incident. She said: "I'm fine thank you, it actually went on a lot longer than what it's showing. I actually got up to leave as I was so uncomfortable lol. He chased me down the road and said it was a prank. I told him harassing someone ain't funny I can take banter and that was not it."
She continued: "Why do people think it's ok to disturb someone's peace for a "joke". Because I was on love Island I'm not allowed to drink my coffee like a normal person???"
