Lady Leshurr, from Kingshurst, Birmingham, will now face a jury trial on two charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Smith, Leshurr's friend and accomplice, from Yardley, Birmingham, is charged with the same offence.

Leshurr, 34, rose to fame as a result of her Queen's Speech series of freestyles before appearing on a selection of mainstream media programmes such as starting in the thirteenth series of ITV series Dancing On Ice.
