As record producer, Sean 'Diddy' Combs continues to face sexual assault lawsuits, according to a recent report by Rolling Stone, at least 18 companies have already parted ways with the music mogul.

After his ex-girlfriend, Cassandra 'Cassie' Ventura and three other women came forward and accused him of sexual assault and physical violence, Diddy has faced an onslaught of backlash for his alleged crimes which has resulted in many brands decided to end their partnerships with him.

One of those companies was No One Clothiers – a contemporary streetwear company – with its founder, Lenard Grier telling the publication, “While this decision was difficult due to the reverence we once held for Mr. Combs as a leader in business and entertainment, it was clearly the correct choice.”

House of Takura founder Annette Njau similarly explained, “We take the allegations against Mr. Combs very seriously and find such behaviour abhorrent and intolerable. We believe in victims’ rights, and support victims in speaking their truth, even against the most powerful of people.”

Njau further disclosed that the decision to cut ties with Diddy was made the day the first lawsuit against him surfaced on November 16.

Ashli Goudelock, founder of luxury skin-care brand Tsuri, says her company “unequivocally seeks to terminate” its partnership with Empower Global. “As a women-owned and -led company, we do not and will not linger in a grey area about the mistreatment of women,” she says.

Although Rolling Stone spoke directly with 18 different brands, all of the companies shared one thing in common which was they decided to no longer do business with Diddy. Despite Diddy recently breaking his silence towards the allegations made against him an Instagram post denying and declaring, “I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”

Further misfortune continues to follow Diddy as he was forced to step down, as chair of his own music network, Revolt TV.
