Emotional Clip: Ashley Cain Opens Up On Struggles Since Daughter Azaylia's Passing

Ashley Cain's daughter, Azaylia sadly passed away in April after a hard battle with Lekaemia at only 8 months old. He recently took to his Instagram to talk about how difficult it's been for him in recent months.

He started off by saying how 'tough' every day has been since the death of Azaylia, and that he has struggled to come to terms with the fact that his daughter is no longer with him. However, he spoke about things being particularly difficult recently. He has attempted to take his mind away from the grief, but has admitted to feeling "broken".Due to the weather being poor, his ride for the Azaylia Foundation has to be stopped, which meant that his team had to complete the remaining 17 miles in a van. Ashley has already completed 1000's of miles in the memory of Azaylia.

In the emotional clip, he stressed the importance of being honest about his feelings with his followers. Usually, he would be quite positive on his page, but he admitted that he has been feeling far from positive as of late.He said he would feel like a 'fraud' if he only focused on the days that he felt strong, because this is not how he feels for the majority of the time.Ashley made headlines a few weeks ago when he completed a 1,000 mile bike ride to raise money for the Azaylia foundation.

I really, really wholeheartedly want to help these children," he said at the time."So the fact that people are beeping on the way is keeping me going, because everyone following this journey, whether you are a supporter who has turned up today, whether you have donated money or a person riding 1,040 miles, we are all equal in this push."
