Following his huge loss as part of seven fights that took place between several sports and social media figures at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Deji has been feeling emotional lately.

The 23 year old Youtuber with over 10 million subscribers on his channel wrote on Twitter after the match; "I am sorry, I am failure" - to which his big brother KSI responded; "No, you are not Deji. Toy got in that ring. That's more than what many could ever do. Ultimately, you are an entertaining YouTuber, boxing or not. So don't worry about this for real. bro."

The fight between the Youtuber and Tiktoker attracted global attention and had been hyped for a while. Many saw it as a clash of social media dubbing it Tiktok Vs Youtube.

While Deji seemed to be taking the lead in round one, Hacker landed a brutal right hook which altered everything in the second round of the match; and as a result the Tiktoker later won the fight with TKO.

Once the fight had ended and the dust had settled, Deji took a brief moment of reflection and announced on his YouTube channel that he will be taking a step back to make time for himself.

"Unfortunately, I took an L, and I want to say congratulations to Vinnie Hacker," Deji said.

"My stamina failed me again, and yes, I know that. I don't want to talk too much because actions speak louder than words and I know what I need to do."

"I'm going to be taking a break from social media and I'm just going to be working on myself - because that's what I need to do.

"I do need to work on my cardio; I just need to work on myself as a whole, because I do want to box again. So I'm not going to talk anymore and just let my actions speak louder, and I will see you guys soon."
